I will help you develop strategies to harness your strengths and manage difficulties. I have academic, professional, and personal lived experience. I work as an Autism & ADHD coach, am the parent of an amazing neurodivergent child, and am someone living and thriving with ADHD and autism.
Please note, my services are available to anyone who feels they would benefit from these types of supports. A formal diagnosis is absolutely not required. If you suspect you or a loved one may be Autistic or have ADHD and you wish to pursue a formal diagnosis, I have outlined some of the options on my assessments page.
If you're newly diagnosed and need some support navigating this unfamiliar territory, I can work with you to implement practical strategies for managing any difficulties you are experiencing. If you're feeling stuck and need some help, I can work with you to develop a plan that fits your neurotype and lifestyle.
I provide person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming supports. What this means is I don't try to "fix" or "cure" anyone because neurodivergent people aren't sick or in need of fixing. We are minority neurotypes living in a world that is designed for the neurotypical majority. Instead, I provide tools and resources that empower you to advocate for yourself, and strategies to manage everyday challenges.
It is my goal to help you embrace your unique self, and to enhance your strengths. Please contact me to discuss how I can support you and/or your family.
I have ADHD and have been a successful entrepreneur for more than 12 years. I can help you develop strategies to harness your strengths and manage difficulties. I have academic and professional experience, both as a neurodiversity & ADHD coach, and as a business owner.
If you're struggling at work, I can help you develop strategies to manage areas of difficulty. I can also help you identify where your employer can provide reasonable accommodations to help you thrive in your job. I can help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to become your own best advocate.

Regardless of diagnosis, many people struggle with executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, planning, and goal-setting. I can help you learn about executive functions, how to improve yours, and how to practically implement this knowledge into your daily life.
