With our society becoming increasingly individualistic, more people are experiencing feelings of detachment, loneliness, and alienation. You are not alone. If you are hurting, please reach out for help. If you are worried about someone in your life, please reach out to them.

If you, or someone you know, needs help: please reach out.

In Canada, anyone can call or text 9-8-8, or visit the website 988.ca to get help if they are feeling suicidal, or if they are worried someone else may be contemplating suicide.
