Autistic-Affirming Support
Consulting, advocacy, and individual support services offered from one Autistic to another. I have both lived and professional experience supporting neurodivergent people in a way that is respectful and affirming. I help clients work toward their own goals and develop self-advocacy skills, rather than trying to condition or teach clients to attempt to mask and conform to neurotypical expectations.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive functions (EFs) are complex mental tasks which help us with things like impulse control, organization, planning, time management, working memory, problem-solving, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation.
Organization & planning
I can also help you with this specific area of EFs. I will work with you to develop effective organization strategies and ways to better manage your time.
Employment and job seeking
I can help you update your cover letter and resumé, develop effective job-searching skills, and prepare and practice for interviews. I can help you navigate challenges in the workplace, identify and request accommodations that will help you succeed at work, and support you in advocating for your rights if necessary. If you're looking to start your own business, I also offer professional entrepreneur coaching services.
Study skills and life skills
In addition to tutoring services, I can also help you develop and refine specific academic and study skills. I can also support you or your loved ones with daily routines and life skills, such as navigating public transit, grocery shopping, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as budgeting and money-management skills.
Self-Advocacy Skills
If you're struggling at work or school, I can help you develop strategies to manage areas of difficulty. I can also help you identify where your employer can provide reasonable accommodations to help you thrive in your job. I can help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to become your own best advocate.

I have been a Neurodiversity advocate, Autism & ADHD coach, consultant, and tutor in Manitoba since 2017.
I have a Social Services diploma and a degree in Psychology, as well as over 20 years' experience in the social services and mental health fields.

Neurodiversity Manitoba was founded to advocate for and empower neurodivergent Manitobans through education and specialized support services. My primary focus is meeting the needs of the individual, to help people embrace their uniqueness, and develop strategies for managing life's challenges.
